ASSISTANT MANAGER | FASHION RETAIL | MILTON KEYNES | SALARY UP TO £27,000 + BENEFITS

Zachary Daniels is seeking an assistant manager for an exciting retail store. In this role, you will play a key part in fostering an outstanding shopping experience for customers while motivating the team to provide excellent customer service. You will assist the store manager in overseeing budget management and sales initiatives to uphold the high-performance standards that are characteristic of this business.

EXPERIENCE AND BACKGROUND:

• Retail experience as either Supervisor, deputy or assistant manager level
• Working within a fashion or accessory environment
• Currently managing KPIs and budgets to improve their current store performance
• Has a track record of driving sales and performance
• Experience with visual merchandising

• Report directly to the Store Manager and take charge of leading the team within the store.
• Enhance performance and drive retail sales by effectively guiding the team.

• Collaborate with your team to increase store growth by boosting sales and delivering outstanding customer service.
• Design eye-catching visual displays that attract customer attention.
• Oversee and manage the store’s Key Performance Indicator performance.
