Responsibilities

As an Assistant Manager at Zumiez, you will:

  • Develop and Empower Teams: Support the training, coaching, and development of a high-performing sales & management team to build depth and drive results.
  • Drive Sales Performance: Lead both individual and store-wide sales initiatives to meet and exceed company profit goals.
  • Execute Operational Excellence: Champion the daily execution of merchandising, product flow, and operational tasks to keep the store running smooth and sharp.
