What you will do Provide technical support for diagnosing and resolving Linux hardware and OS issues. Manage server-related incidents, service requests, and change requests within SLA timelines. Perform Linux infrastructure maintenance and migration activities as required. Conduct root cause analysis and recommend improvements for critical issues. Collaborate across teams, vendors, and geographies to develop and implement effective solutions. Participate in on-call support rotations to ensure 24x7 operational coverage. Proficiency in RHEL Linux, Oracle Linux, and Veritas Cluster Server (VCS). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities in Linux environments. Experience in managing operational tasks and service delivery in data centre environments. Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively across diverse teams. Open-minded and solution-oriented approach to technical challenges.
