Collaborate across teams, vendors, and geographies to develop and implement effective solutions. Participate in on-call support rotations to ensure 24x7 operational coverage. Proficiency in RHEL Linux, Oracle Linux, and Veritas Cluster Server (VCS). Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities in Linux environments. Experience in managing operational tasks and service delivery in data centre environments. Ability to communicate clearly and work collaboratively across diverse teams. Open-minded and solution-oriented approach to technical challenges.
