Roles & Responsibilities: Excellent Communication Skills (Written & Verbal) – Individual should be able to drive discussions with cross geography counterparts MS Office (Word, Excel & Power point) Extensive experience in analysis, design, creating BBP, functional Specification (FS), co-ordination with functional team, testing of new functionality or Enhancement, Prepare Test plans and Test scripts. Individual should have end to end delivery management experience of small to mid-size projects, good mentoring, and coaching skills. Strong organizational and analytical skills. Should have knowledge on WRICEF objects and able to work on interfaces and Enhancements along with test case documents, test plan. Individual should have knowledge or hands-on experience on SAP S/4 and Fiori Apps. Candidate should have the ability to perform in a dynamically changing environment. Requirement: Should have minimum 8+ years of Implementation and Support experience across different industries and sectors with at least 2 end to end implementation in SAP S/4HANA (Scope, Design, Build & Test phases). Individual would be required to participate in Business workshops, gather business requirements & to be able to propose TO BE Processes as per best practices Individual needs to have very strong Business process knowledge across SAP Core Functions- SD, MM, FI. Perform Root Cause Analysis and work with Cross Module teams for resolution, thought leadership, managing multiple engagements, Team Operations etc. Must Have in candidate: Should have minimum 8+ years of Implementation and Support experience across different industries and sectors with at least 2 end to end implementation in SAP S/4HANA (Scope, Design, Build & Test phases).
