Description

Review and approve newly developed automations before production deployment. Maintain production environments using incident, change, and problem management processes. Communicate effectively with stakeholders and customers during daily operations. Mentor and onboard junior team members. Maintain and report on business line KPIs. A graduate in technology with experience working in international, distributed teams. Proven ability to manage multi-disciplinary projects of varying complexity. Skilled in stakeholder communication and influence across all organisational levels. Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities with experience in planning and milestone tracking. ISTQB Foundation certified in Software Testing. Experienced in testing Billing/Mediation, CRM (preferably Oracle-Siebel), and Online Media portals in a Telco environment. Proficient in API testing using Postman or similar tools. Familiar with automation tools such as Selenium/BDD Cucumber using Java/Python. Capable of validating and modifying SQL queries. Experienced with Jira, Xray, and structured test methodologies. Exposure to Agile/SAFe models and cross-functional test teams is a plus.
