JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of relevant marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven expertise in e-commerce marketing and social media campaigns.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and develop a team.
  • Creative thinker with excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (to liaise with counterparts in China).
  • Hands-on skills in graphic design and marketing software are an advantage.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Lead, guide, and motivate a team of marketing executives to deliver impactful campaigns, ensuring alignment with company goals.
  • Develop and execute strategies for Shopee, Lazada, and the CorDx online store — including product listings, promotions, pricing strategies, and campaign optimization.
  • Oversee content creation for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, ensuring engaging and consistent messaging that builds brand awareness and customer engagement.
  • Supervise recovery plans, manage customer feedback, and ensure high-quality engagement across all channels.
  • Direct the design and production of marketing materials such as brochures, retail displays, and in-store promotional assets.
  • Plan and manage trade show participation in Singapore, from booth design to marketing activations, working closely with vendors and partners.
  • Work closely with Sales, Operations, and the General Manager, providing insights, campaign performance analysis, and strategic recommendations.
