Job Description We’re looking for a creative, commercially-minded storyteller to drive the social and digital presence of Mondrian Singapore and its dining destinations. This role blends content, social, and marketing strategy—bringing our F&B experiences to life while supporting broader brand campaigns and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute social media and content strategies across key platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, Little Red Book) Partner closely with F&B and operations teams to drive engagement, guest experience, and revenue opportunities Create and oversee high-impact content (visuals, videos, copy) aligned with Mondrian’s brand identity Support integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring social is embedded across all activations Drive paid media and influencer strategies to boost reach, traffic, and brand visibility Monitor performance through analytics and insights, optimising campaigns for engagement and ROI Stay ahead of trends, culture, and digital innovations to keep the brand relevant and competitive Requirements: 5+ years in marketing, social media, or digital content (hospitality/F&B/lifestyle preferred) Strong understanding of social platforms, content trends, and digital marketing Experience in paid campaigns, influencer collaborations, and campaign reporting Creative with a strong eye for visual storytelling and copywriting Collaborative, agile, and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders Data-driven with the ability to translate insights into action How do I deliver this?
