Summary of Job Responsibilities To plan and execute initiatives that support the growth of the Greater China market to generate significant business adoption and customer participation by leveraging the full capabilities of our business partners, related content, media channels, and technology to achieve the project ROI. Job Responsibilities Marketing & Customer Engagement Work under the Director and Sr. Manager of Greater China marketing to support the strategic marketing initiatives to acquire, retain, and reactivate valuable customers to track and grow our customer base, which would help to increase revenue for all business units. Marketing initiatives include but are not limited to: 1) Greater China Market development Executing database marketing strategies, including MBS, sister properties and business partners, to acquire high value customers or increase their visit frequency to Marina Bay Sands Supporting contents execution/production, including events, shows, MICE, entertainment, reality shows, TV dramas, concerts, etc. to amplify the Marina Bay Sands brand awareness in Greater China Market. Actively working with OTA (online travel agency), financial service, travel & lifestyle platform, and media partners to plan and execute marketing campaigns for both branding and membership conversion purposes. Coordinating with other internal marketing teams to plan and execute Greater China market focused campaigns Improving customer experience through platform enhancement and business operations refinement Coordinating with other teams and departments when necessary to ensure strategic alliance of Greater China related offers and promotions to business goals and/or integration of marketing initiatives into other business units’ plans where suitable. 2) Loyalty/database/tech support Supporting the business growth of the Greater China markets with addition of onsite and offsite partners for the purposes of database acquisition and continuous marketing Working with internal/external parties to create digital solutions to support customers from Greater China markets 3) Partnership Development Assist in identifying, approaching, and onboarding banking institutions and strategic partners Maintain and strengthen existing relationships through regular engagement and performance reviews. Act as a liaison between internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication and execution. 4) Research and Analysis Initiating and coordinating with Analytics team to develop tools and reports to monitor marketing initiatives and support operations Developing customer research that measures the results of Greater China Marketing initiatives and identifies opportunities to explore in coordination with the property and/or brand marketing Other duties as directed by management JOB REQUIREMENTS 3-5 years of marketing experience in the hospitality/ e-commerce/ travel/ finance/ Integrated Resorts/ luxury industry required University Degree in Marketing , Business or Hospitality or related field is preferred In depth knowledge of Greater China Markets – include China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau Extended experiences living in one of the key Greater China Markets with a deep understanding the cultural and social media trend Good knowledge of partnership, operations, relationship marketing, database, entertainment, analysis, and high-end customer marketing An active experience of engagement in marketing communications, collateral production, loyalty partnership, events, and integrated marketing solution including social media is preferred Good interpersonal and project management skills Creative, flexible, and a can-do attitude is highly desired Marina Bay Sands is committed to building a diverse, equitable and inclusive workforce, providing equal opportunities as we grow our talent base to match our growth ambitions in Singapore.
