As an Analyst - Marketing, you are responsible for developing and executing multichannel Growth Marketing initiatives through treatments including and not limited to Upgrades, Additional Cards and Companion Cards to our existing Card Members in Australia (B2B & B2C) to grow card volume and billed business across the Proprietary Card Services portfolio. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, this role will suit someone who enjoys a diverse, fast-paced, and results-driven environment. Offering a high level of exposure across multiple marketing channels, this role requires a strong communicator with superior attention to detail, a focus on the customer, and a proven ability to effectively deliver multiple initiatives in parallel. Key responsibilities include: Managing tactical and always on campaigns for the cross sell of Additional Cards, Companion Cards, and Upgrades across the consumer product line. Capability development and backend system process improvement including project management of new functionality End-to-end campaign planning and management across multiple channels – email (automated and campaign), direct mail and digital placements; including Display Media and Social. On-site personalized content management and customer journey mapping Reporting, campaign analytics, insights and testing (offer and segmentation) across channels End to End campaign budget management Input into the forecasting and planning process to drive profitable growth Liaise with external creative agencies to ensure quality of work and on time delivery of creative assets Strong partnership and consultancy across numerous teams including acquisition, product, Centre of Excellence, technologies, operations, central marketing, external vendors and agencies Program Management of an operations incentive program to drive engagement and results Ad-hoc project work as required Minimum Qualifications Marketing / business tertiary qualifications with 4+ years’ experience in marketing Direct Marketing and campaign management skill set Superior multi-tasking skills with strong attention to detail and an ability to prioritise effectively Solution-oriented individual with superior analytical, creative and problem-solving skills Strong communicator with experience managing multiple stakeholder relationships Strong negotiation and influencing skills Ability to drive results and innovation in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Flexible working style and superior time management skills Budget management experience Positive and energetic attitude Must be a team player and customer advocate We back you with benefits that support your holistic well-being so you can be and deliver your best.
