Description About the Role We’re a leading global fitness company looking for a driven and detail-oriented Assistant Marketing Manager to help shape how our brands show up across 60+ international markets. What You’ll Be Doing Global Marketing & Product Launch Support • Support international product launches by coordinating updates, communications, and cross-functional alignment • Manage and evolve global marketing tools and resources used across regions • Help drive adoption of sales enablement tools and identify opportunities to improve processes Communications & Digital Presence • Write, edit, and manage global communications including newsletters and marketing content • Audit and maintain global brand websites to ensure accuracy and consistency • Manage and organize global marketing content across internal platforms Customer Experience & Events • Coordinate international customer visits, including travel logistics, itineraries, and on-site experiences • Support global marketing events, meetings, webinars, and tradeshows • Assist with showcase management, including content collection and organization Operations & Project Management • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining timelines and quality • Track budgets, invoices, and ensure projects stay within scope • Support internal tools, presentations, and cross-team collaboration Requirements What We’re Looking For • 3–5 years of experience executing marketing programs within established brand guidelines • Strong writing and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail • Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, global environment • Highly organized with strong communication and collaboration skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with Canva, CMS platforms, or project tools is a plus • Experience leveraging AI tools for content or workflow efficiency is a plus Why This Role This is a unique opportunity to work at a global level, supporting marketing efforts that span dozens of countries and cultures.
