Assistant Marketing ManagerResponsibility: 1. Understand customers' needs and develop presentations, concepts and provides reports after analysis based on customers' understanding and market trends.  2. Collect and analyze the food market information and provide insight into market/flavor trends.  3, Support Marketing Manager to implement short term and long-term category innovation plan such as builds proactive trends and insights tools, builds regionally relevant presentation material and drive timely execution in focus categories. 4. Support sales team to do proactive promotion for all clients by categories. Engages with sales to provide marketing support for customers. 5. Lead innovation workshop to explore business opportunities. 6. Work closely with technical and sales team in daily projects for business growth.    Requirement: 1.  Bachelor Degree or above. 2. 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferable from B2B food or flavor industry companies. 3. Be familiar with concept proposals, consumer research tools and of innovation workshop. 4. Savory or food service marketing experience is preferred. 5. Good communications and strong willingness to work under pressure. 6. Good command of English writing and reading. 7. Good communication and interpersonal skill. 8. Good knowledge of MS-Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint). 9. Strong analytical and presentation skills.p
