Purpose of Position We are seeking a passionate and experienced Assistant Marketing Manager / Senior Marketing Associate to join our team and help drive successful product launches. In this role, you will report to the Marketing Manager and collaborate closely with all marketing functions to develop and lead demand-generation initiatives. You will also support business and market analytics. The ideal candidate is a hands-on product evangelist with a strong passion for CASETiFY products and a proven ability to tell compelling product stories. You should have a good understanding of and experience in marketing innovative products and strong business management skills, including the ability to uncover consumer insights that inform business decisions. Job Description Plays a critical role in developing annual marketing and business plans as the primary campaign owner to lead end-to-end go-to-market strategies that drive growth and category leadership Owns key performance metrics including sales targets, new customer acquisition, and AOV growth to ensure campaign ROI Orchestrates and holds accountability for the strategic output of global teams across PR, Social, UGC, KOL, and Gifting Drives the strategic marketing plan and storytelling for in-house prints to reinforce brand originality and monthly drop momentum Collects and proactively shares market research insights, including competitors, market share, trends, and consumer behavior Gathers insights to assist the E-Commerce and Retail team in enhancing customer centricity Visualizes insights and data in an aesthetically pleasing way and creates formal presentations that help lead group discussions on products Follows emerging technology, consumer, and societal trends closely and recommends how products will be used or fit into those trends Partners with the Growth Content team to build creative plans that address diverse messaging pillars while securing a robust volume of assets for all touchpoints and ad roll-outs Coordinates the external campaign messaging with the copywriter to deliver consistent communication across channels Requirement Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a relevant field 3-5+ years of direct relevant marketing experience Experience collaborating with data & insights teams to derive actionable insights Experience in project management Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workplace Comfortable with oral and written communication, including occasional meeting facilitation and making persuasive presentations to leadership Proven track record of integrating into learning and leading in new cultural settings (international, industry, etc.) Highly consumer-obsessed, passionate about tech & lifestyle consumer goods Wants to be part of a collaborative team environment across all levels of an organization Curiosity, patience, and the ability to be comfortable working in ambiguity
