QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience: Previous experience in a meat department or similar role.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with different cuts of meat and proper handling techniques.
  • Skills: Able to handle working in a cold room. This is aphysically demanding job, must be able to lift 40LBs.
  • Leadership Skills: Ability to lead and inspire a team.
  • Passion: A genuine love for quality meats and exceptional customer service.
  • Availability: Flexible schedule, evening and weekend availability.
Responsibilities
  • Product Integrity: Maintain the highest standards for meat quality, freshness, and safety.
  • Merchandising: Create attractive displays that showcase our diverse meat offerings.
  • Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, place orders, and minimize waste.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with their meat selections, provide cooking tips and an exceptional customer experience.
  • Team Leadership: Support the Meat Manager in training and motivating the meat department staff.
