ASSISTANT MECHANICAL ENGINEER MANAGER - TORONTO

We are looking for an Assistant Mechanical Engineering Manager to join our Toronto team. The ideal candidate will bring 3–5 years of mechanical and electrical construction and operations experience, along with a hands-on approach and a willingness to grow with the role.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 3–5 years of experience in mechanical/electrical construction and operations
• Understanding of mechanical and electrical systems, including HVAC, plumbing, fire alarm, sprinkler, and electrical
• Ability to read and interpret drawings, schematics, RFIs, and submittals
• Willingness to learn, think critically, and contribute new ideas
• Experience in record-keeping for installation, commissioning, and testing
• Educational background in a mechanical or electrical-related field (asset)
• Ability to lead and support a team of operations and maintenance staff
