The Assistant Member Experience Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring an exceptional member experience and advancing our vision to be our members’ first choice. This role supports the day-to-day operations of the branch, guides and motivates team members, and ensures that every interaction reflects our mission and values. In this role, you will coach your team to deliver outstanding service, build meaningful member relationships, and maintain operational excellence. You will also serve as acting manager in the absence of the Member Experience Manager and represent Securityplus in the community. What You’ll Bring to the Table: Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience (required) Two (2) years of banking experience One (1) year of supervisory experience, preferred Certified Financial Counselor (CCUFC) Designation (required) NMLS designation or ability to obtain, preferred Eligibility to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System & Registry (NMLS).
