The Assistant MEP Coordinator position serves as an entry-level position. This position allows for “on the job training” of MEP functions and responsibilities, while being supervised by an experienced MEP Coordinator. Assistant MEP Coordinators will receive training in all company software, RO Quality Education, OSHA regulations, and all other company policies and procedures. Responsibilities (Primary) * Prepare and conduct preconstruction conferences for MEP * Management of the submittal process * Management of the RFI process * Field quality assurance * Project closeout responsibilities * Assist in managing the OFCI process and logs * Demonstrates proper performance of skills and is validated by the competency checklist. * Demonstrates proper performance of skills reflected and validated by the competency checklist. * Adheres to Rogers-O’Brien policies, procedures, all safety plans, and all standards imposed by regulatory organizations   Responsibilities (Secondary) * Assist in MEP rough-in inspections * Field coordination for low-voltage specialty systems * Field coordination for security    Computer Skills/Qualifications/Experience   2-year degree preferred or relevant working experience in MEP.
