We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to support with related development activities, from the receipt of the style to the development of the fit samples while coordinating with relevant parties to meet customer requirements and achieve business objectives.   KEY RESPONSIBILITIES   * Support with catering to customer expectations by following up on their specific development requirements, thereby ensuring customer retention and growth. * Detailed and timely follow-up of samples from ordering up until delivery to ensure internal/external stakeholders timelines are met. * Effectively follow up on the customer development calendar to meet internal / external deadlines and support with new development projects for business growth. * Ensure accurate data entry for costing /product, share information with all relevant internal stakeholders and facilitate decision making with regular reporting to sustain the business * Continuously follow up and ensure sample room plan is adhered according to the given timelines. * Support the Salesman Sample process by updating relevant information into the system in a timely and accurate manner to facilitate the effective completion of samples   KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Completed diploma or in second year/ third year of degree in Business Management / Marketing  * Good communication skills in English * Basic Maths knowledge * Good computer literacy in MS Office (Word, Excel, etc) Great team player, adaptable and flexible
