We’re looking for dynamic and detail-orientated Assistant Merchandiser to join our growing commercial team. This role offers a hybrid working arrangement combining both remote-working and time spent in our Support Centre in Fforestfach.
This role is crucial in selecting, managing and optimising our online product range. You’ll assist with product selection, analysing sales trends, and ensure our online store is stocked with in-demand, high-performing cycling products.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Assisting with product selection, replenishment and range planning.
  • Analysing weekly sales, stock levels and product performance to assist with buying decision, to maximise sales and profitability.
  • Supporting promotional campaigns by working with marketing and e-commerce teams.
  • Analysing market trends and behaviours to support merchandising strategies.
  • Working with logistics to ensure timely and effective deliveries
  • Collaborating daily with multiple internal teams across the company.
  • Preparing ad-hoc analysis reports for multiple departments.

What we are looking for:

  • Previous experience at Assistant Merchandiser or equivalent.
  • An individual with excellent MS office skills, specifically proficient in Excel (essential).
  • Strong analytical skills and commercial awareness
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and good numerical skills.
  • The ability to build strong relationships with suppliers and collaborate with multiple internal teams.
