We are on the lookout for a dedicated individual to Maintain supplier 100% DIFOT with 100% po on time placement to suppliers and ensure RM on time delivery to relevant locations while maintaining Dock to Dock KEY RESPONSIBILITIES * Share raw material Purchase Orders raised by the procurement team with the suppliers to ensure goods are delivered to the plants on time. * Function to obtain timely Performa Invoice confirmations and maintain accuracy * Ensure on time PO placements to allocated suppliers and check though reports to ensure system accuracy such as portal * Gather accurate delivery updates for the allocated Suppliers * Obtain and analyze delivery charts from the allocated suppliers on a timely manner * Analyze Raw material delays by allocated suppliers * Collaborate with suppliers for the raw materials delays and ensure still meet RM commitment to minimize final impact on production * Collaborate with suppliers for on time deliveries based on RM requirement for production * Supporting plant weekly pulls and suppliers meeting to ensure on time delivery of products * Communicate all claims related matters to the supplier on a timely manner and identify strategies for recoveries KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS * Degree/ Diploma in Merchandising/ Marketing - Advantageous * 1 year of relevant work experience which includes Merchandising * Knowledge of Fabric, Embellishments, Styles, Samples * Sound knowledge of MS Office applications and the SAP System * Strong Analytical skills * Good Communication/ Interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities involve ensuring 100% supplier on-time delivery (DIFOT) by managing timely raw material purchase order placements and confirmations. This role also requires gathering and analyzing delivery updates, investigating raw material delays, and collaborating with suppliers to minimize production impact.
