Description
You will work for the Metro Credit Union (MCU) Office in Human Resource Management Department. MCU is a staff credit union registered under the Credit Unions Ordinance of Hong Kong, providing financial assistance to over 14,000 members in MTR Corporation. Responsibilities Assist in overseeing investment management activities of the MCU, while liaising with internal and external stakeholders on matters related to day-to-day operations and members engagement Ensure compliance with various statutory requirements (e.g. Credit Unions Ordinance, AEOI, FATCA, AML, etc.) Enhance the branding of MCU by proactively engaging members and exploring new products and services to meet their needs Coordinate with bankers or consultants to manage the investment portfolios of MCU Support the preparation of financial and investment reporting and analysis for financial performance monitoring Assist in formulating and implementing management strategies to enhance the productivity of MCU and protect the interests of MCU and its members Plan and coordinate working procedures, and devise ways to streamline processes Maintain active communication with relevant government departments, certification bodies and other credit unions to understand the changes in statutory and compliance requirements Support annual budget exercise Deploy technology application to develop MCU’s e-platform (e.g. mobile app) to enhance productivity and members engagement Requirements Degree in Finance / Business Administration or in a related discipline A minimum of 7 years’ post-qualification experience in credit union or similar body, or familiar with financial and facilities management principles CPA or equivalent professional qualifications are preferred Excellent communication and stakeholders management skills Strong in leadership and decision making, with the ability of multi-tasking and prioritization Experience with system enhancement/implementation project or process digitalization is an advantage Applications You are invited to apply online via http://www.mtr.com.hk/mtr_job_en or send in your CV stating the position (with reference number) you are applying for by mail to Human Resource Management Department, MTR Corporation, G.P.O.
