Responsibilities

Lead and supervise Banquet operations, ensuring timely setup, service, and breakdown of all events in accordance with established standards.
Coordinate closely with the Banquet Chef, Banquet Captain(s), Event Planning, and other F&B leaders to execute successful events and meet client expectations.
Serve as a floating manager, stepping into all F&B outlets—including casual dining, fine dining, bars, VIP, and Asian Cuisine—as business needs dictate.
Support outlet managers in overseeing daily service, staffing, guest interactions, and problem resolution.
Assist in creating efficient schedules across Banquets and other outlets as needed, and managing labor to meet both service and budgetary goals.
Participate in budget planning, cost control, inventory management, and operational forecasting for Banquets and supported outlets.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and gaming regulations across all assigned areas.
Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members, maintaining high levels of engagement and service excellence.
Foster a culture of hospitality, teamwork, and continuous improvement throughout all food and beverage operations
