Assistant, Music & Comedy Touring We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive Assistant to support a fast-paced, high-volume Music and Comedy Touring desk. This role is best suited for someone who already has at least one year of experience working on a Music Touring or Comedy Touring desk and is comfortable stepping into a demanding environment where strong organization, scheduling, and prioritization skills are essential. If you thrive under pressure, enjoy managing multiple moving parts, and take pride in keeping a busy desk running seamlessly, this could be a great fit. What You’ll Do Support agent on a high-volume touring desk, managing a constant flow of tasks, communications, and deadlines Coordinate complex calendars, scheduling calls, meetings, tour-related deadlines, and internal check-ins Maintain strong organization across contracts, offers, routing, and tour-related materials Prioritize competing requests with speed and accuracy, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks Act as a reliable point of contact for clients, promoters, managers, and internal teams Anticipate needs, problem-solve quickly, and help keep tours moving efficiently What We’re Looking For At least 1 year of experience on a Music Touring or Comedy Touring desk (required) Proven ability to handle a heavy-volume desk with professionalism and composure Exceptional organizational, scheduling, and prioritization skills Strong attention to detail and follow-through Clear, professional communication skills (written and verbal) A proactive mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-moving, deadline-driven environment Why This Role This is a hands-on role for someone who already understands the rhythm of touring and is ready to contribute immediately. You’ll take on real responsibility, work closely with agents and clients, and work closely with a team that values precision, efficiency, and initiative.
