Pullman Sydney Airport is seeking a dedicated and service-focused Assistant Night Manager to join our Front Office team. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing hotel operations during the night shift, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and a safe and secure environment for our guests and Heartists. Working hours are primarily 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM, including weekends and public holidays as required. Job Description Support and lead the Night Audit and Front Office operations during overnight shifts. Deliver exceptional guest service and handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally. Complete Night Audit procedures and ensure all daily financial reconciliations are completed accurately. Manage guest arrivals, departures, and room allocations. Ensure hotel security procedures and emergency response protocols are followed. Act as the senior hotel representative overnight and make operational decisions as required. Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth hotel operations. Assist with training and development of Front Office team members. Maintain high standards of presentation, professionalism, and service delivery. Qualifications Previous Front Office supervisory or leadership experience within a hotel environment. Experience using Opera PMS (preferred). Strong understanding of Night Audit procedures. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and confidently manage overnight hotel operations. Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy. Full working rights in Australia.
