Job Description Conveniently located in the Heart of the Sydney - The Sebel Sydney Martin Place is looking for a Part Time - Assistant Night Manager to join our night team. If you function better at night and considered a night shift expert, this is the role for you! Support and lead the Night Audit and Front Office operations during overnight shifts. Deliver exceptional guest service and handle guest enquiries, requests, and complaints professionally. Complete Night Audit procedures and ensure all daily financial reconciliations are completed accurately. Manage guest arrivals, departures, and room allocations. Ensure hotel security procedures and emergency response protocols are followed Coordinate with Housekeeping, Engineering, Security, and Food & Beverage teams to ensure smooth hotel operations. Maintain high standards of presentation, professionalism, and service delivery. Qualifications Previous Front Office supervisory or leadership experience within a hotel environment. Experience using Opera PMS (preferred). Strong understanding of Night Audit procedures. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and confidently manage overnight hotel operations. Strong attention to detail and financial accuracy. Full working rights in Australia. Flexibility to work overnight shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
