Being adaptable and ready to handle any situation. Their leadership and ability to perform under pressure are key in maintaining our exceptional service and safety for our guests.
- Deliver and maintain exceptional levels of customer service.
- Ensure the security of the hotel throughout the night
- Conduct regular health and safety checks
- Manage and respond to any incidents or accidents involving guests or team members.
- Provide operational support to all departments as needed
