JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Manager to oversee our operations during the night shift. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a commitment to providing exceptional guest services. As the Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient operation of the hotel during overnight hours, while also addressing any guest concerns and managing staff effectively.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar supervisory role is preferred.
  • Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to our diverse clientele.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and supervise staff effectively.
  • Knowledge of hotel operations and human resources practices is an advantage.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
