THE IDEAL CANDIDATE

We’re looking for a proactive and dedicated individual with:

  • At least 1 year of experience as an Assistant Night Manager, Night Auditor, or Night Supervisor in a hotel setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a calm demeanour under pressure
  • Proficiency in hotel management systems and Microsoft Office suite
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
  • A passion for hospitality and a commitment to guest satisfaction
Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Assistant Night Manager, you’ll be the guardian of our hotel during the quieter hours, ensuring the smooth operation of all departments and maintaining our high standards of guest satisfaction. This senior position reports directly to the Night Manager and offers an exciting opportunity to develop your career within an international hotel chain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee all hotel operations from 11 pm to 7:30 am
  • Assist the Night Manager in managing and motivating the night team to deliver exceptional service
  • Handle guest queries, complaints, and special requests promptly and professionally
  • Conduct night audit procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting
  • Implement and maintain safety and security protocols
  • Maximise revenue opportunities through upselling and effective inventory management
  • Assist with staff training and development initiatives
