He/she implements, educates and ensures compliance with policies, procedures, standards and regulations for personnel, patients, medical staff, and the public. The Assistant Nurse Manager ‘s primary role is ensure safe, high quality, cost effective patient care is being delivered by the RN and patient care support personnel they are responsible to supervise.
