Job Title: Assistant Nurse Manager – Operating Room (Evening Shift)

Schedule: Full-Time | 1.0 FTE Evening shift and Day shift

OVERVIEW:

Seeking a dedicated Assistant Nurse Manager to support the daily operations of a 27-room operating department. This leadership role involves clinical oversight, team collaboration, and maintaining high standards in patient care and surgical safety.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Active or eligible Oregon RN License
• BLS Certification (AHA)
• Minimum 3 years’ experience as an OR RN in an acute care setting
• Leadership or charge nurse experience preferred

• Support and supervise operating room staff and workflow.
• Promote patient safety and best practices in surgical procedures.
• Foster interdepartmental collaboration for quality outcomes.
• Serve as a resource and leader on shift.
