We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assistant Nurse Manager to join our team at St. Andrew’s Nursing Home (Tampines North). The ideal candidate will be a senior staff nurse with extensive clinical experience and a robust background in infectious control. QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education and Licensing: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent.Registered Nurse (RN) license with the Singapore Nursing Board (SNB).Certification or training in infection control is highly desirable.Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification is required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a senior staff nurse or leadership role.Proven experience in infection control and management, including handling infection outbreaks and implementing infection control protocols.Demonstrated experience in a managerial or supervisory role, preferably in a hospital or healthcare setting.
• Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.Proficient in clinical assessment, patient care, and infection control practices.Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
