JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Assistant Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate must hold a valid MOH/DHA license or eligibility letter and will be responsible for assisting registered nurses and physicians in delivering quality patient care in accordance with medical and nursing standards.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Diploma in Nursing or equivalent.
  • License: Valid MOH/DHA license or eligibility letter (mandatory).
  • Previous experience in a hospital, clinic, or home care setting preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Compassionate, patient-centered, and adaptable to diverse patient needs.
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

License/Certification:

  • DHA/MOH (Required)

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
  • Assist patients with daily activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, feeding, and comfort.
  • Monitor and record patients’ vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure).
  • Support in administering oral and topical medications as instructed by a Registered Nurse/Physician.
  • Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
  • Ensure infection control practices and safety standards are followed at all times.
  • Assist in patient education and emotional support.
  • Report changes in patient condition promptly to the supervising nurse or physician.
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality and continuous patient care.
