ASSISTANT NURSING HOME ADMINISTRATOR – MONTGOMERY COUNTY, PA

Parkhouse Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Montgomery County is seeking a qualified and compassionate Assistant Nursing Home Administrator (ANHA) to support day-to-day operations and ensure high standards of resident care.

LONG-TERM CARE EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED

Current active PA Nursing Home Administrator License or actively working toward licensure

POSITION OVERVIEW:

As the Assistant Nursing Home Administrator, you will work closely with the Nursing Home Administrator to oversee facility operations. You will step into the Administrator’s role when needed and may be assigned leadership over specific departments. This is a vital leadership role with an emphasis on delivering top-quality care to residents.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
  • Completion of a state-approved 12-week internship
  • At least one year of administrative experience in a long-term care setting

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong understanding of state/federal nursing facility regulations
  • Knowledge of care services, business practices, environmental health and safety
  • Skilled in facility operations, community relations, and departmental leadership
  • Familiar with licensing, payment systems, and personnel registration requirements
