We need an experienced office assistant to help in the late afternoon, evenings, & occasional weekend. Approx 16-20 hours a week. Responsibilities: Assist in daily office activities and administrative tasks. Coordinate scheduling for service appointments and technician dispatch. Maintain accurate records and files for customer interactions. Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries with professionalism. Support billing and invoicing processes to ensure timely payments. Collaborate with team members to improve office efficiency and workflow. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance client satisfaction. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus. Proven experience in an administrative or office support role. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Docs. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset. Experience in the HVAC or service industry is not required, but is a plus.
