We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team at the Animal Wellness Clinic. This role is essential in overseeing the daily operations of our clinic, ensuring that both our staff and clients receive the highest level of service. The Office Manager will play a key role in maintaining an organized and efficient work environment that supports our commitment to quality pet care.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in office management, preferably in a medical or veterinary setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Experience with payroll processing and schedule management.
  • Ability to train staff and develop training programs as needed.
  • Familiarity with medical office management practices is a plus.
