Thrive Chiropractic & Wellness Centre is looking for an Assistant Office Manager to help manage our busy and growing clinic alongside our current Office Manager.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
· Excellent customer service skills
· Detail oriented, organized and hard working
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to multitask and keep a calm composure
· Experience with Canva and Instagram would be a huge plus but not required.
· Flexibility to change shifts and able to cover vacations as needed

Thrive is a beautifully designed wellness clinic located in Windermere in SW Edmonton. Our clinic is a family-wellness clinic with a large patient base in chiropractic, acupuncture, massage therapy, naturopathic medicine, and craniosacral services.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR FUTURE ASSISTANT OFFICE MANAGER:
· Greeting patients in a happy, energetic nature
· Managing efficient flow of the clinic
· Answering the phone and emails
· Handling daily admin duties – scheduling appointments/filing etc.
· Processing online insurance submissions
· Collecting payments and managing accounts receivables/payable
· Creating a friendly and supportive environment
· Networking, event planning and social media assistance
PLEASE NOTE OUR CURRENT OFFICE MANAGER IS PLANNING A VACATION SEPTEMBER 18 - OCTOBER 5 AND WE NEED TO FIND SOMEONE TO BE ABLE TO TAKE ON THE FULL MANAGERIAL DUTIES FOR THAT TIMEFRAME!
Hours for the position: 35-40 hours a week. Our clinic is open 7:30 AM - 7:30 PM. We typically have our part-time chiropractic assistants work our closing shifts but we need to find someone that would be able to accomodate any shifts during this time. The majority of the shifts would likely be starting at 7:30 AM - 8:30 AM in the morning.
