Department: Division of Life Science Job Posting Details The appointees will provide administrative and operational support to the academic programs and office administration of the Division of Life Science. The roles involve close interaction with students, faculty members, and internal units. Major Responsibilities Include: Assisting in the daily operation of academic programmes and student-related enquiries. Maintaining accurate records and databases. Providing logistical and administrative support to events and student development activities. Supporting general office operations, including documentation and coordination and providing secretarial support to faculty members. Performing other duties as assigned. Requirements Applicants should possess: A Bachelor’s degree. Candidates with an associate degree or higher diploma and relevant experience are also welcome to apply. 1-2 years of relevant work experience is preferred. Proficiency in IT applications, including a high level of computer literacy and strong command of Microsoft Office applications. Good communication and interpersonal skills. A strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Demonstrated proactiveness, self-motivation, and a positive attitude with a willingness to take initiative. (Duration: 2 years, renewable upon satisfactory performance) Starting salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
