Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

Within Civil Enforcement, we manage On Street Parking and ANPR enforcement across the county. This role involves working in our dynamic ANPR enforcement team, which covers bus lanes, moving traffic, the Zero Emission Zone in the city, and will include the proposed traffic filters in the future.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Processing representations from motorists who have received a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN)
  • Communicating with motorists via telephone or in writing regarding their PCN and/or taking payments for PCNs or permits
  • Handling PCNs that have progressed to debt registration/bailiff stage
