Responsibilities (A) Deliver Joyful Arrival, Transaction & Departure Experience Greet & welcome customers to the branch in a warm & friendly manner. Assist customers with check-in procedures & minimize customer waiting time. Manage the ticket, waiting & seating for customers as appropriate. Answer customer questions & resolve or properly address any issues. Maintain a clean, neat, organized, & welcoming branch environment (B) Provide Seamless & Consistent Daily Service Operations At The Bank Halls & Entrances Ensure customers receive the experience as detailed in DBS service guidelines & that service standards & goals are met. Ensure service performance is aligned with DBS RED values – Respectful, Easy to deal with, Dependable. Act as a Digital Banking specialist to encourage & guide customers to use digital channels for transactions. Act as a mentor to guide the Service Ambassadors to deliver the joyful service experience. Support to orchestrate the bank hall operations, cash & non-cash transactions, customer onboarding journey, & advisory services. (C) Support To Continuously Uplift The Service Standards & Processes Proactively identify areas or opportunities where service can be improved, support the development & implementation of new initiatives for continuous improvement. Actively participate in daily huddles to adapt the customer obsessed mindset, reflect customer feedback, areas for improvement. (D) Support Contingency Work as a backup to support & perform transactions as appropriate & needed. Assist with other front-office duties in service areas as needed. (E) Support Daily Routine Work Support & assist in branch overall operation task. Requirements HKCEE holders with passes in English, Chinese and Mathematics Proven and hands-on customer service experience, preferably in banking or hospitality industries. Strong customer obsessed service mindset & attitude Excellent customer service skills. Ability to work independently. Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Fluent speaking of Cantonese, English & Putonghua.
