JOB DUTIES Job Summary: Responsible mainly for helping Project manager (Site in charge) for establishing and implementing the quality management systems Key Accountabilities Duty Statements   Planning:             Maintain Project documentation with project numbering system as per contract Sop-custodian and document controller Prepare, update and implement project QAP Prepare, review, submit and get the approval of ITP for equipments, method statements for all activities, field QAP for civil, electrical and testing activities Coordination:                 Co-ordinate with customer for approval of FAT reports, site inspection for materials of receipt and witness the testing and commissioning activities Ensure all testing equipments are duly calibrated and co-ordinate with testing and commissioning agency Support project manager in planning, supervision, ensuring prevention of NCRs, reporting potential failure and take corrective actions Co-ordination between all functions like Design, Civil, Electrical, HSE, Commercial to ensure compliance as per the project QAP     Implementation:             Monitor supplier and contractor performance with respect to approval MQP Prepare and submit periodical report on QA/ QC activities to HO Liable for Quality surveillance of site activities Responsible for internal audit at sites   DIMENSIONS: People Management (Yes/ No): No Staff Reporting (If Yes): Financial Activities (If Any): No   CAPABILITY REQUIRED:   Key Interactions:   Internal Customers: Project Manager Project Head Project Co-ordinator DGM (Design) External Customers: Vendors Agents Suppliers Knowledge & Skill Requirements (Abilities & Expertise in field) Personal Attributes Knowledge (Technical / Functional): EHV Equipments FAT, QAP and installation procedures (III) International QA/ QC procedures (III) Project coordination (preferred) (II) Fundamentals of Inspection & Testing (II) Commitment: has the drive and energy displaying the same level of motivation and enthusiasm for all the tasks (III)   Decision Making: has the ability to make a logical choice from the available options (III)   Relationship building: has to ability to build and actively maintain working relationships and network of contacts to achieve the organization’s goals (III)   Crucial attributes for this job: (IV) 1. Responsibilities
