For our client in Landshut, we are looking for you as: Assistant Operation Manager (m/f/d) full-time, starting immediately or later.

Your tasks:

• Responsibility for the financial, qualitative and social goals of the team
• Supporting management in planning and decision-making, as well as in employee management.
• Promoting collaboration and communication within the team
• Preparation and analysis of reports
• Coordination of cooperation and monitoring of the performance of external partners and companies
• Taking over operational tasks

Your profile:

• A completed business degree (Bachelor's/Master's/Diploma)
• Good German skills, both spoken and written.
• Good MS Office skills
