Job Summary:
The Assistant Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day outflow of client Sales Orders. This includes managing intelligent order waves with our Account Management team, helping the Picking & Packing teams with bottlenecks or volume spikes, and ensuring we are efficiently meeting our client Service Level Agreements (SLA’s).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with Warehouse and Account Management teams on order releases to ensure daily fulfillment SLA’s are being achieved.
  • Process clients’ orders in the company’s online Warehouse Management Software (WMS).
  • Provide support on high-touch orders that have specialized labeling or delivery requirements. Maintain compliance routing guidelines for retailer orders.
  • Interact with the warehouse team on any issues that arise on either inbound or outbound fulfillment activities. Troubleshoot daily issues and act in the client’s best interest at all times.
  • Work with the shipping team on orders with issues such as address corrections, customs information for international shipments, shipment method mapping issues, etc.
  • Participate in weekly meetings with our leadership team to ensure we are providing the best possible service for our customers.
  • Accurately pick, pack, and process customer orders in accordance with company standards (when needed).
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as handheld scanners, pallet jacks, and carts
  • Float between departments to provide coverage and assist with special projects or priority tasks. Assist with volume spikes and/or white-glove order requests.
  • Oversee Shipping software and create Support Tickets as needed. Manage the organization of shipping supplies and materials.

Requirements:
- 2 + years of experience in a warehouse or fulfillment center.
- 2 + years of experience in a customer facing role.
- Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office products.
- Demonstrated problem-solving history and process execution.
Benefits & Compensation:
Salary: $65,000 to $70,000/year with monthly Bonus Opportunity.
