Summary
This position shall strive to provide exceptional service to both internal and external guests at all times. They will be responsible for oversight of the Front Office and Housekeeping divisions. This position will report directly to the Director of Operations.

Responsibilities
  • Instills a calm, organized approach when interacting in stressful situations
  • Approach internal and external guest opportunities with a sense of heartfelt care and urgency; provide prompt follow-up to ensure 100% guest satisfaction
  • Ensure that sufficient staffing is present to meet the daily business demands
  • Maintain confidentiality of guest information and follow proper protocol to secure and protect pertinent data
  • Foster and maintain strong, positive relationships with team members across all departments through communication and regular face-to-face interaction

    Salary range for this position is $63,450 to $69,000 depending on experience.

    Qualifications

Demonstrated ability to effectively interact with people of diverse socioeconomic, cultural, disability, and ethnic background

  • With opening hotels, previous hotel pre-opening experience preferred
  • Service oriented style with professional presentations skills
  • At least 2 years progressive management experience
  • Hotel/Hospitality degree an asset
  • Must possess the following strengths: high energy, entrepreneurial spirit, motivational leader, effective communicator, effective in providing exceptional customer service and ability to improve the bottom line
  • Clear concise written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal and administrative skills
