REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in **AV/ELV project
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
  • Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations of AV & ELV projects (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, Video Conferencing, Structured Cabling, etc.).
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in preparing project schedules, resource allocation plans, and status reports.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations (SIRA, Civil Defense, ADDC, etc.) and industry standards.
  • Liaise with clients to address operational concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Support procurement and logistics teams in timely material delivery for projects.
  • Track workforce performance and provide support in training and development.
  • Maintain and update operational policies, SOPs, and quality control procedures.
  • Assist in budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency improvements.
  • Act as a point of contact in the absence of the Operations Manager for operational decisions.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence in AV & ELV project execution.
