Description
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Engineering, Electronics, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in **AV/ELV project
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per mont
Responsibilities
Support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations of AV & ELV projects (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm, PA, Video Conferencing, Structured Cabling, etc.).
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or delays, and implement corrective actions.
Assist in preparing project schedules, resource allocation plans, and status reports.
Ensure compliance with local regulations (SIRA, Civil Defense, ADDC, etc.) and industry standards.
Liaise with clients to address operational concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Support procurement and logistics teams in timely material delivery for projects.
Track workforce performance and provide support in training and development.
Maintain and update operational policies, SOPs, and quality control procedures.
Assist in budgeting, cost control, and operational efficiency improvements.
Act as a point of contact in the absence of the Operations Manager for operational decisions.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence in AV & ELV project execution.
