Description Key Responsibilities · Ensure all Business Unit performance metrics are achieved and maintained. · Monitor customer service interactions to ensure professionalism, technical accuracy, and adherence to company policies. · Provide coaching, feedback, and guidance to team members to support development and performance. · Contribute to building and maintaining a high-performing, service-focused team. · Review and analyze transportation and financial data to support planning, budgeting, and policy development. · Collaborate with sales, operations, and customers to coordinate scheduling and resolve service-related issues. · Respond promptly to escalated concerns, ensuring timely resolution and maintaining strong customer relationships. · Develop contingency plans with regional leadership to address unexpected operational challenges such as equipment breakdowns, weather delays, or spikes in demand. · Work flexible hours, including occasional after-hours responsibilities, as business needs require. Requirements · 3+ years of experience in a coordinator or supervisory role. · Demonstrated ability to foster a positive and professional work environment. · Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills. · Proven decision-making and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment. · Excellent analytical skills with the ability to think both strategically and tactically. · Effective written and verbal communication skills. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software applications. · Geographic knowledge of service areas or strong map-reading/navigation skills. · Experience in logistics or dispatch operations is preferred but not required.
