The successful candidate will work closely with the Hotel Manager across all aspects of the business, including operations, guest experience, reservations, commercial activity, team development, and project work. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Guest Experience

• Support the day-to-day operation of the hotel and ensure exceptional service standards are maintained at all times.
• Act as Duty Manager when required, taking ownership of the guest experience and operational performance.
• Resolve guest concerns and service recovery situations professionally and effectively.
• Conduct regular quality checks throughout the hotel and identify opportunities for improvement.
