The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, logistical acumen, and the sensitivity to work in a culturally diverse and emotionally intense environment

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum GCE ’O’ Level and above in Marketing or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Operations, preferably in F&B or Hospitality
  • Possess a Class 3 Driving License

Responsibilities
  • Supervise and mentor funeral staff, ensuring professional conduct and compassionate service delivery.
  • Plan and schedule manpower for funeral operations and logistics.
  • Conduct training and development programs to improve service standards.
  • Manage end-to-end funeral operations, from logistics to ceremonial arrangements.
  • Ensure timely and smooth coordination of transportation, venue setups, and equipment handling.
  • Maintain inventory of funeral supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure all services adhere to regulatory, religious, and cultural requirements.
  • Implement and enforce SOPs for quality, safety, and hygiene
  • Prepare operation reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Work with the management team on budgeting, costing, and procurement activities.
