• Handle transfers, send-offs, and funerals.
• Prepare monthly schedules for ground staff in a timely manner.
• Safeguard petty cash and manage vehicle-related matters.
• Collaborate closely with all departments.
• Supervise the Customer Service Team, assisting with phone management and funeral parlour operations.
• Oversee the Operations Team, ensuring company policies and processes are properly communicated.
• Assist the Human Resources Team with talent recruitment.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
