Heltronics Inc. is a rapidly growing contract manufacturer in Reading, PA. who is is looking for the right Assistant Operations Manager to join our team. This person needs to have a go-getter personality and willing to go the extra mile.

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Assistant Operations Manager to support our operations team in ensuring efficient and effective business processes. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in coordinating daily operations, optimizing workflows, and enhancing productivity. This position requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Technical background a related field is required
  • Proven experience in an operations role or similar position is advantageous.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
  • Understanding of technical drawings is a must
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.

    Pay: $42,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
