  • Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with various departments to streamline processes and enhance productivity.
  • Support the development and implementation of operational policies and procedures.
  • Train, mentor, and supervise staff to ensure adherence to company standards.
  • Facilitate effective communication between team members and management.
  • Address operational issues promptly and develop solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Prepare reports on operational performance for management review.
  • Monitor daily order flow and assist in resolving any fulfillment issues
